Left Handed Calligrapher Teaches Lessons
Carrie and Lawrence in Jamaica
A few months ago Carrie and Lawrence married in Jamaica in a small intimate ceremony. We did the save the dates, Jamaican invitation, local Dallas reception invitation and wedding album! Carrie was such a wonderful bride and I am so happy for her.
The Jamaican invitations by swoozies had a lovely vellum overlay and super lovely envelope liner.
The Dallas reception invitations by Swoozies were simple and a bit more casual with layered paper and ribbon.
Aged Paper and Calligraphy for Fort Worth Charity
Many months ago I was lucky enough to work Libby from byrd & bleecker (who is wonderful!) on a table scape charity event for KinderFrog’s in Fort Worth hosted by the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.
The theme was red, white and byrd and Libby did an amazing job. Here are the photos I borrowed from her blog.
Close up from my camera. I aged the paper (and added a little pop of gold to make everything sparkle under the lights). Wrote in the historic Jane font with black ink! Love the place cards and love the declaration for good design!
Thanks for asking me to participate.
Inspiration to Reality – Urban Picnic in Yellow and Kraft
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working on an inspiration to reality photo shoot with Elizabeth Gonzalez of After Yes, Catie Ronquillo Photography and Emily Hudspeth Hair and Make-up. Today our board was posted on Elizabeth Anne Designs Blog – sneak peek below – but check out the site for the full inspiration board! Oh – and leave some comments to show some love!
