From colors, vibe, script style, timelines and everything else; this is our chance to chat and get to know each other. I’ll answer all your questions and help you decide exactly what options you want to make your vision come to life. The calligraphy process can be as simple as picking out a few options and providing your contact information.
I’ll send a contract based on our consultation and the inquiry form. This is where you will confirm details, deliverables, and production timeline. It helps ensure a smooth experience for all.
CONFIRM YOUR PLACE ON THE PROJECT CALENDAR
Your project will be accepted on the calendar upon the receipt of your retainer fee. A retainer of 50% is required to secure your place on the schedule. This fee will be applied to your final payment. If your order is canceled at a later date, the retainer will act as a cancellation fee.
Every project and timeline is unique! We can only work with the information you provide. It is important that you provide materials and guest lists in a timely manner to keep the completion of your project on your budget and timeline.
Digital: Please allow 1 week for full invitation suite calligraphy to be returned. Spot calligraphy and smaller requests will be fit into the schedule as quickly as allowed.
Envelopes: 100 envelopes takes approximately 5 days, depending on my schedule, plus mailing time. We love to have 2 weeks allotted for printer/mailing/guest list delays.
Day of Items: 100 place cards take 2-3 days. We like to ship 1 week prior to the event to prevent the stress of delivery during the days leading up to your event.
To ensure availability, please book in advance. I pride myself on a quick turnaround time.
Depending on current workload, rush orders may be accommodated. Please don’t hesitate to ask. A rush order service fee may apply.
All of our work is passed through a rigorous quality control process. The excellent work produced is a result of taking the time to carefully review the final product. We have a triple spell check and count all items to make sure your project is delivered on time and correctly.
Your calligraphy is completed! I love those words because you can start sharing your event with your guests. Your items will be carefully packed up and you will be sent a final invoice for payment so we can schedule your order for pick up or delivery.
