I just delivered these envelopes last night to a couple with some of the coolest invitations I have seen yet. The envelopes were gold, treated with workable fixative and I used black ink with a pointed pen to match the font style of the invitation. I would call it closest to a cross between dexter, uncial and copperplate scripts – very unique. (below is a close up of letter comparison)
The return address was done in black ink with a pointed pen using the capitals script with a modern format.
This picture is of the envelopes with the invitation deconstructed so you can see the parts. The designer was Margeaux of Zago Papers out of Santa Fe, New Mexico . She uses beautiful papers with an organic feel to design the invitations. This particular set was so fun and stunning, I loved being involved in the process and was so pleased that I could help out my couple on the addressing side.

Thank you so much! I really loved working on these and creating the alphabet to match.
