General:

Timeline:
All timelines before the start of your project are approximate and are finalized based on when the final guest list and materials are delivered to the calligrapher. We are deadline based and strive to complete all projects by the initial deadline provided. You will be consulted if the timeline has changed or your deadline now requires a rush fee due to printing, shipping, guest list delays.
Wedding invitations are typically mailed 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Please reserve time for your calligraphy project in advance. 100 envelopes takes approximately 5 days, depending on my schedule, plus mailing time. 100 place cards take 2-3 days. To ensure availability, please book in advance. I pride myself on a quick turnaround time. Depending on current workload, rush orders may be accommodated. Please don’t hesitate to ask. A rush order service fee may apply.
Rush Requests:
Rush orders are accepted. Please be advised that additional fees are applied to the final total with rush orders.
Providing Materials:
15% extra paper stock is required. When addressing envelopes, we do not require additional invitations if we are not customizing them. Only the items that will have hand calligraphy applied. This amount covers guest list changes and additions, quality issues on the print or paper, mistakes made during the calligraphy process.

Payments and Refunds:
Payment by cash or check is accepted and preferred. We can also accept card payments with a 4% processing fee.
All custom orders are final. Please be aware calligraphy is an art and subjective. Due to the nature of calligraphy products being individually handmade, slight variations are to be expected.
Errors made by calligrapher will be corrected at no cost to client.
