Engraving Event
Hand calligraphy engraving is our most popular live event option. Glass and other materials can be hand engraved on demand at your on-site event, or in-studio for pick up at a later time. The result is a calligraphy design permanently carved into the surface.
Glass engraving on smooth glass has the option of adding a color fill to provide more contrast. As with our other live event options, we can discuss the script and design that will best represent your brand.
The process is quick and engaging to clients, creating a high volume, fast moving memorable brand experience.
I supply the engraving tools and cleanup. My setup is minimal, tidy, and efficient.
Calligraphy Engraving services are available in the DFW metroplex as well as for travel.
On-Site Events
$200/hour, 4 hr minimum
*Holiday rates apply in November/December – Priority given to 6+ hour events

Special Calligraphy Engraving Commissions:
Engraved Perfume Bottles: $65 flat rate including up to 5 words, $4/add’l word
Engraved Wine/Liquor Bottles: $75 flat rate including up to 5 words, $4/add’l word
Color in-lay – Gold or Silver – included
Cannot be applied to frosted glass
Special rates apply for any bottle over $100 retail value or larger than 750ml.
We offer custom and personalized calligraphy engraving on gifts of all kinds. We celebrate when you celebrate. Gifting options for bottles, fragrance, champagne flutes and wine glasses, serving utensils, ornaments, and more. Custom engraving is available for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, and many other of life’s celebrations. Please reach out with your special request.
Engraving Guidelines
* Wine & Spirit bottle message placement may vary depending on position of label, size/shape of bottle, etc. The default is on the bottle’s side, reading from bottom to top.
* Script and block often used for contrast and space considerations.
* For wine, liquor, & champagne bottle engraving, I only offer local drop-off and pick-up at my Dallas, Texas location. We can’t ship alcohol due to state regulations.
* Champagne, Sparkling & Moscato Wines require completion of a liability waiver. We prefer to find an alternative due to possibility of bottle explosion.
* All calligraphy engraving is done by hand and projects are quoted on a per project basis due to customizable nature; these rates are a guideline.*
